100% Sauvignon Blanc, the name Fume Blanc is translated “White Smoke”. Pleasant citrus and melon, light grassiness, and lovely acidity. It’s no wonder this wine was Wine Spectator’s #35 Wine of 2007. A delicious wine as an aperitif or with light dishes and hourderves.
